We’re looking for a usability enthusiast who is passionate about observing, running researches, surveys and interviews and translating them into wireframes and user flows. You must empathise with users, have a deep understanding of business goals and a strong problem-solving attitude, able to lead with confidence.

We are interested in a multi-disciplinary skillset that includes a bit of psychology, a pinch of design and a dash of technology, under a clear perception of how the three converge to ensure a great user experience.

responsibilities

  • Work on the company's UX projects, aimed at improving usability, enhancing user experience and ultimately boosting our client's conversion rates
  • Review, report, plan & monitor user testing, CRO projects and personalisation strategies
  • Wireframe and collaborate with creatives to ensure the best user experience
  • Hypothesise, plan and carry out AB testing
  • Create Personas, map User Journeys and utilise other User Centred Design techniques
  • Manage clients, attend meetings, facilitate workshops and present findings

skills & experience

  • A real passion for all things UX and an eye for detail. You should love well designed systems and products, you should notice the details that don't work and always be thinking of how they could be improved
  • Some proven experience with Usability/UX/User Centred design OR significant experience with Web Analytics
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • A University degree of any discipline
  • Google Analytics certification is a plus
  • UX-related degree or certification is a definite plus

benefits

  • A chance to work with some of the most important clients and projects in Greece
  • Continuous in-house training, education and development
  • Participation in other training seminars and industry conferences
  • An opportunity to grow and evolve with the company
  • A small, friendly team, within a big company
  • Fair compensation based on skills and experience
